Day-by-day program
Day 1
Drive from Cairo to Bahariya Oasis and have lunch. Visit the Black Desert, Crystal Mountain and Agabat Valley, then camp in the White Desert with a campfire dinner.
Day 2
Breakfast at sunrise, the Golden Mummies museum and the Bahariya hot spring, then the drive back to Cairo.

- Pregnancy: not suitable for pregnant women (long drives on rough desert tracks).
- Toilets: there are none in the desert. Bring wet wipes, warm layers for the night and cash for tips and entrance fees.
