Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand where visitors come from. It sets cookies and records the pages you view, your approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, how you reached the site, and clicks on our WhatsApp buttons. We do not see your name or contact details through it. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; Google may process data in other countries, including the United States. Data is kept for 14 months. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you decline, no analytics code is loaded.

Your cookie choice

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Booking by WhatsApp or email

Bookings are made by message. When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us (dates, group size, questions), and we use it only to reply and organise your trip. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, which processes messages under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep messages as long as needed for the trip and for legal or accounting duties.

Server logs

Our web host records technical data such as IP address, date and browser type to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data stored on your device

The site saves your language, your saved trips and your cookie choice in your browser. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to receive a copy of it, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@ozevaro.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We do not sell your data.
